WHAT IS EXERCISE REHAB?
Exercise Rehab is an essential part of the recovery process with the intention of returning the body to optimal function. There are 5 important components to exercise rehab and a progressive programme will work on strength, endurance, power, flexibility and mobility. The areas of focus will depend on your injury history and goals. Each patient will start with a detailed case history followed by a functional and musculoskeletal assessment. This enables us to develop your rehab programme specifically for you.
You can choose to attend face to face sessions with your rehab specialist or have a tailored home exercise programme designed for you.
We are able to support referrals from consultants and other specialisms for sports injury or orthopaedic exercise rehab.
